For items not in stock, an indicative time frame appears when you select the item.  Chez-mademoiselle.com undertakes to process your order as soon as possible .

Once complete your order, your parcel is delivered to the carrier, we will send you an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number of the package.

EXCHANGES and RETURNS

We pledge to satisfy you with all our products or services, that’s why you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a refund or an exchange.

4/ Upon receiving the package, and after inspection of the goods by our quality service, we will exchange or refund your order.

Refund will be done within 2 days after we receive your package (crédit on your account or check according to the payment method chosen)

Chez-mademoiselle.com will send you a confirmation email of the new credit of your account on our website.

New : Free return in Mainland France only

Chez Mademoiselle provides you a prepaid return label by Email. Then, you just have to depose your parcel at the post office.

If you chose a refund via voucher, the return will be free (in Mainland France only).

Your voucher will be stored to your Chez Mademoiselle account with a delay of 2 days upon receipt of your return parcel. One year to use it at your convenience.

If you prefer a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid label to print and to stick. A fee of 5.00€ will be deducted from your refund ?

We cannot accept a return for the following reasons :

  • Items are incomplete, damaged or dirtied by the customer
  • Items worn or washed
  • Items not intact, in their original packaging
  • Items without their original labels attached (cloth and cardboard )
  • Tights or Stockings having been tested and non intact in their original packaging
  • Any package unaccompanied by the return voucher
